Three Simple Ways to Start
Getting started is simple — choose the contact method that works best for you.
What Happens When You Reach Out
- Step 1 — Fill out the contact form below. You'll hear back from a real person, not a call center or an autoresponder.
- Step 2 — Free phone assessment. We'll ask a few questions to understand your situation and what level of care fits best.
- Step 3 — Choose your track. In-person in Santa Fe, or online in the evening from anywhere in New Mexico.
- Step 4 — Start your group. We'll get you scheduled into the next available group.
Reassurance
Your message is private. You're never obligated to move forward just because you reached out — we're here to answer questions, even if you're not sure yet.
Wherever you're from in New Mexico and whatever your background, you're welcome here.
Referred Through a DWI Program or the Courts?
If you were referred through pretrial services, a DWI compliance office, drug court, or a probation or parole officer, you can start the same way as anyone else — call, email, or fill out the form below.
- A screening and assessment helps determine the right level of care; IOP may fulfill your program's treatment requirement depending on that assessment.
- With your written consent (a signed release of information), we coordinate attendance, UA/BAC, and progress reporting directly with your court, probation officer, or supervising agency — you won't need to relay updates yourself.
- Treatment confidentiality protections (42 CFR Part 2) still apply — we only share what your release of information specifically authorizes, and nothing beyond that.
- Evening groups mean you can meet program requirements without giving up work or family obligations during the day.
Questions about whether IOP fits your specific court or program requirement? Ask when you reach out — that's exactly what the first call is for.
Helping a Loved One
If you're reaching out about someone else — a partner, a child, a parent, a sibling, or a friend — you're not alone. Many of the messages we receive are from family members who are worried and aren't sure what to do next.
- Reach out using the form below. We'll talk through what you're seeing and answer your questions.
- We'll explain what IOP treatment looks like, and help you think through the right next step.
- You don't need your loved one's permission to reach out and ask questions for yourself.
- If your loved one isn't ready to reach out themselves yet, we can talk about what that looks like too.
